Work or Volunteer at Streamside
Summer Camp at Streamside
Each summer Streamside assembles a team to reach children and teens. Although Streamside welcomes any camper; our reasonable prices, ministry collaborations and aggressive scholarships programs attract many campers with incarcerated parents, living in foster homes, under counseling for behavior or from extreme poverty situations.
Your experience begins in mid-June with 10 days of training and extends to the end of July. The biggest need is for adult cabin counselors/skill activity instructors to supervise, teach and minister to campers spiritually. In addition, a safe and successful summer requires specialty staff such as lifeguards, medical personnel, technology and media crew, musicians, worship leaders, Bible teachers and program specialists.
Streamside staff members who commit to the entire summer outreach program receive compensation. There are a limited number of extended stay options for the month of August.
Can’t serve the whole summer? Consider volunteering for one or two weeks.
Teens, ages 14 -17, looking to serve at Streamside can begin right away in our Arise Leadership Development Programs.
Streamside Campership Program
Cant join us this summer? Please consider making it possible for a child or teen to experience a week of quality Christian camping at Streamside by providing a Streamside Campership.
“When my brother came back home he told us about the amazing journey he had been on, which encouraged me to want to serve at a Streamside, as I thought the changes in him were amazing and surely what God had planned all his life. These changes in my brother encouraged my desires to serve at Streamside Camp.”
